How to Order

This step-by-step guide (With pictures!) will show you exactly how easy it is to place an order online.

Step 1:

Click on the “Shop” button on the menu bar at the top of your screen.

Step 2:

Choose the product that you wish to purchase by clicking the “Add to cart” or “Choose an option” button below the product image. Note: The “Choose an options” button is for cases where a variety/options must be selected. For example, when you buy a Zoost High Performance Shake, and you need to choose which flavors you want the shakes to be.

Step 3:

After adding the product to your cart, a banner will pop up to tell you a product has been added to your basket. Click on the "view basket" button to go to your shopping cart. Or you can keep adding products until you have everything you want before going to your cart.

Step 4:

Once you are on the "cart" page and happy with the items in your cart, you can click on the button that says "proceed to checkout"

Step 5:

Now you have to fill in your details such as name, surname, address, phone number, and email address. You will only need to do this the first time you are placing an order (For the starter pack) whereafter you will see an option for "returning user" where you can login if you have not already done so.

Step 6:

Delivery – Now you can choose your shipping method (unfortunately not shown in the image - but be on the lookout for free delivery options!) Choose whether you would like us to courier your products to you, or if you want to come pick them up at the warehouse in Somerset West. Payment – Pick your payment method. You can either do an EFT (Direct Bank Transfer) or pay by card online (Payfast). These payment methods are completely safe and secure. They are handled completely by the banks. This means they go from your bank directly to our bank, so it is even safer than buying at the grocery store! Place Order – The final step is to click “Place Order”, and you’re done!
